Although the service and communication were good, the mechanic visual check in his video was not entirely accurate.Had a my car checked previously by a mercedes specialist and I was shown one of my off side ball joint was loose and worn, your mechanic did not pick up on this.

Booked in for the 'lounge service' as due to the distance I needed to travel was the best option. Service and car cleaned all well within the 2 hour time slot. I was very impressed.

Always helpful pleasant and knowledgeable- I have plenty of friends with Mercedes and do try to explain that in the long run it is cheaper to use a dealership than a local mechanic!
