I have my Knox sensors changed as a good will gesture as it's a common fault. I got told this could be 6-8 weeks for the part to come in but John who was handling my car was amazing. Rang me every couple days to keep me updated and organised everything perfect! John was brilliant and the part only took a week. Thanks to him for giving me peace of mind.m through the process. Amazing service!!

The only thing that lets the purchase process down is the Mercedes online system which isn’t the fault of the sales team. I can see if those prospective buyers aren’t IT savvy mercedes may lose the sale.
