The only thing that lets the purchase process down is the Mercedes online system which isn’t the fault of the sales team. I can see if those prospective buyers aren’t IT savvy mercedes may lose the sale.

The time I had to wait for the part to arrive was an issue-5 weeks for a part is excessive. That said I was happy with the courtesy car that I was given. I was also very very happy with the service and communication I received from the dealership. Great job by John (I think). Courteous and very professional at all times.

Although I had problems with the fitting of a new tyre to car, Ryan my POC with Service Team kept me informed of progress and when he realised the temporary Tyre Fitter was struggling, ordered in a new tyre for the normal fitter to fit the following day. Ryan also took my car for a test drive himself to ensure the new tyre was properly fitted and balanced before returning to me. I cannot thank Ryan enough for the honest yet professional manner in which he dealt with the issue. I will continue to use Mercedes Ashoford and in particu;ar Ryan for all my car service and maintenance needs.

This is my second car from dame sales staff both experiences were excellent unfortunately this time they car pre delivery service wasn't as good did not expect service warning 5 miles from show room bit otherwise excellent
