No complaints about the sale. A product available that we had interest in and we had a test drive so we were smitten there and then. There was a lot of additional up selling products to consider that would substantially increase the cost of the product. I am not keen on this selling approach although nicely done, one should be told of options and if more information required then provide a quote. Unfortunately, within hours of taking the car we have a problem with it that is potentially dangerous and wonder why it wasn’t found on the checks completed for the maintenance and repair policy we took out. So now we have a problem we will find out how good the service really is.

Took vehicle in day before. Rang in about 2.30pm on day booked to find out what was happening. Was told that vehicle had not been started. Was told would be contacted when vehicle was complete and could be collected. Got a text saying vehicle was ready about 20 minutes before closing and journey time is longer than that ! In summary communication was not great hence score above.
