Jordan Simmonds at the Mercedes Benz of Ashford branch was fantastic, he was very patient, polite, and thorough with everything, he helped us find the right vehicle for us, just what we wanted, he made the process speedy also just what we wanted. Took vehicle in day before. Rang in about 2.30pm on day booked to find out what was happening. Was told that vehicle had not been started. Was told would be contacted when vehicle was complete and could be collected. Got a text saying vehicle was ready about 20 minutes before closing and journey time is longer than that ! In summary communication was not great hence score above.

great service found cost of wheel refurb very reasonable i am saving to have them returned to correct all silver finish at you ashford branch where service was carried out i bought car there as although a 14 plate the mileage is so low 67000 it will last me many years as i am 79 soon
