This was my 4th New Mercedes Purchase and Jordan Simmonds, was superb.He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable and made the decisions easy. It was down to him that I decided to go ahead with the purchase.The new online system however, I am not a fan.Parts of it were ok, but so many emails to follow, some critical some not. The payment was the hardest.If I could have made a one off Chaps payment it would have been so much better, buy by sending a link this does not meet all bank requirement so has daily or in my case 2 hourly limits which mean 5 payments over 2 days! Not ideal.It might seem like it makes it easier but it makes it less personal and I truly believe that deals like this are done on relationships. Luckily Jordan has a good manor and personality

The online booking process could be improved. This time, I was unable to make the booking online, so needed to call. On a previous occasion (2022) I made an online booking slot with confirmation, only to get an email several days later saying that the slot was not available and that I needed to call.
