The car is my wife's 27 year old SL. Megan Knapman was my point of contact and Ben New ferried the car to and from Ashford. We are in our 80s. These two employees made the repair to an old car and the procurement of difficult to sort parts a straightforward process for us and the work was completed within the cost estimate. Full marks to them and also to the engineer who worked on the car - I don't have his name.

Tara is the best sales representative I could ever had asked for. I would have gone through with the very good offer if not for me prioritising my financial position. Tara was patient, gave advice but listened attentively to my needs. I am so sorry I could not complete the deal but by June I will contact her again as I would be more financially ready to change my car. Tara you are the BEST and you did your Lockers Mercedes Benz proud with your excellent customer service. I will be back, definitely be back!!
