I’ve always been perfectly satisfied with the service that I receive at Ashford. So much so that I travel further than I have to, to use this dealership. The staff are extremely professional, polite and obliging, carry out the work very efficiently in order to return the car to me as soon as possible. The reception staff are extremely polite and helpful.

The lady at the reception and staff were very polite and welcoming.Repair cost was unexpected and more than expected costCar was cleaned but probably not wiped after wash and hence had water marks all over and I had to wash again.

Lookers Ashford staff are always helpful and pleasant. Appointments are on time and keep to schedule which is alsp very helpful. Great service as always!
