The lady at the reception and staff were very polite and welcoming.Repair cost was unexpected and more than expected costCar was cleaned but probably not wiped after wash and hence had water marks all over and I had to wash again.

As head of technical service, Lee is exceptional as are all the team members I have met. At a time when so many dealerships are only interested in new car sales, Mercedes Canterbury makes sure that day to day Mercedes ownership is taken care of and is a complete pleasure. Tara at the Ashford branch dealt with us from start to finish. we are previous Mercedes buyers so know about the service plans. I am not happy that the dealer was not able to consider the repair on the part exchange car. I only change the tyres, brake disc and brake before I pat exchange it and there is still an outstanding of over 750 left on the care. I am not using and they want me to pay. I am not happy about this.

The service was appalling. I had to wait nearly three months for an electrical part. A Mercedes is no longer worth owning. Very high end car that is an absolute liability due to the company being unable to supply simple parts. It is clear that I got off lightly with just a three month wait. Ashford were great. Mercedes are effectively selling refuse.

Only complaint I have is the inside of the windscreen was left really dirty after it was meant to have been cleaned… with smears and residue from whatever was used on it, other than that great service as always
