Everyone is helpful and polite. The complimentary coffee and biscuits are great and enhance the experience of waiting while your car is serviced.My only complaint is that they alter my drivers seat height, back angle and position every time and I struggle to get it back to how it was before. It’s really annoying

When we booked the service we were given a quote and told it included a complete car wash and internal vacuum/clean. The quote for the service was the same but the car wasn't wahed or cleaned I side.

Like to say the service team and receptionist were very helpful, it is nice to get proper service and the where customer is king albeit my car is aging like me.
