Ryan was very pleasant and understanding of the issues I have experienced with AdBlue. I feel AdBlue is a weak point on Mercedes. I have had to visit your dealership 4 times in less than a year for various issues with AdBlue. Once for Software issue, 1 x for Nox Sensor, 1 x Blocked AdBlue Nozzle and this last visit for Wiring issue.
