Customer expectations not met as parts not in stock. Service manager had to intervene to sort out problem. Once he got involved problem was sorted. Unfortunate that we had to complain to get problem resolved.

Great customer service

I would have liked to discuss a service plan as my last one was cancelled and I am yet to get to the bottom of it and £533 straight after Christmas was a bit steep

I was looked after by Jordan Simmonds , from start to finish , he enabled me to purchase my new car at very short notice , paperwork was completed online at 19:30 well after office hours on Thursday 29th December this included my Part exchange . All i needed to do when i arrived on the 30th at 13:00 was sign a few forms pay the Road Tax, 5 minute call with Mercedes car Insurance, and drive away .Even though you are 80 miles from my home address, i will contact Jordan when i am due to replace .. in a few years time …Great customer experienceThank youRegardsSteve paris
