The salesman (Sam Aristide) was very helpful and made the process as easy as possible. There was a minor delay whilst Mercedes-Benz Finance did their checks, and a few hours to wait whilst new tyres were ordered and fitted to meet Mercedes' standard for all used vehicles, but otherwise the sales and handover process was smooth and timely.
