Exceptional service from beginning to end. Adam was very friendly yet professional. Communication was great and kept us updated throughout. The whole process went very smoothly with Adam's assistance. We ended up driving our brand new Mercedes away 4 days later, unplanned but so glad we did!! Thank you! We love it!
