I felt the hand over of the vehicle was rushed. I had several questions which weren't really fully answered to me. perhaps it was not a service receptionist who dealt with my car return as the desk seemed short staffed at the time.otherwise Excellent

Special thanks to Neil Hamilton who handled my vehicles issues efficiently, all well communicated and brilliant customer facing skills. Only one negative issue with the visit , which is a recurrent one, as customer car parking is often difficult and this time critical as I ended up parking in their second hand vehicle display area.

Low score for question 4 as people need to be aware of their surroundings when the service is recorded. I would prefer no video to a non audible recording due to other colleagues raising their voices and using rude language.

I enquired online and received a call from Carl. From the initial communication to the end of my purchase he was great, in everyway.Was patient when I couldn’t take calls, answered my 100’s of questions and gave me all the time I needed on the day of purchase to let me make a decision.Even once I had signed everything, Carl was happy to come out to my new car and help with all the queries I had.A great salesman, but also came across extremely genuine.Would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

I had booked an MOT and had received a confirmation but upon arrival the service team was unable to identify my booking for that day. They eventually found it on the system but could not understand why it had been cancelled. However they were able to fit my MOT in for that afternoon although it meant me waiting longer!
