We arrived early to test drive a car to be told someone else also booked a test drive and they would be arriving early. Dreadful transparent sales nonsense. The car was covered in bird poo yet the salesman made no effort to ensure the car was clean before our arrival. When going through figures he added 2k worth of warranty to the price without my asking for any such thing. The registration plates on the car are registered to a toyoto yet no-one seems concerned that it has incorrect plates fitted. Not what I would expect from a Mercedes dealer.

Great service and communication.Only reason I didn't buy was because a new car from my local dealer was cheaper than the used car from Lookers. (Due to a lower interest rate on the finance)

Yes, don't snidely add all the extras to the proposal without checking with the customer first! (carex, extended warrant and so on). No hard feelings though, I get it, the object of a business is to give the minimum and take the maximum, fact of life, the onus is on the buyer to be vigilant!

I received the video of the underside of my car as promised. However, no sound was included and therefore I had no idea of the tire's state. I phoned the Service Dept for an updated video and they said they would check into it. I had no response and I raised the matter again when I paid.

didn't get any call or reminder due to the car staying with the dealer. as agreed with a member of services. very hard to contact call due to the days, always ring but no answers. but luckily get someone else to answer in the last mins.
