I was not given a print out of my Digital Service Report when I collected my vehicle last Friday. Hence I returned today to acquire a copy of this report and my visual inspection report earlier today.

Matthew Bray was excellent in the purchase of my new car the communication between us was very good kept me informed with all that was going on until the collection of the car. Everything was explained thoroughly at Brighton during the handover he made it very personal by covering up the car in the showroom in black cover then pulling it off in front of me a very nice thing to do.

My wife has asked me to express that a pre MOT video c8 months before it is due serves no value and that having a video created, as far as she can tell, without permission is not something that should have been created or remain stored on your database.Please confirm the video and any back ups will be deleted.The feedback forces me to agree to wider circulation which I do not wish to consent to. I have ticked the box on such basis.Your service was otherwise excellent, albeit costly.

I would like to repeat that this car belongs to me and not my husband. I have on previous occasions explained this but all communication and indeed important documents still are addressed to him. I presume because he was present when I bought the car it was assumed it was his? In this day and age where women are financial independent I would hope not. It is registered in my name so not sure what is going on.He dealt with the pick up for the recent service because I was at work and he is retired. We are 3 years in with this car and I would like my ownership acknowledged and changed on all documents please.Thank you
