Fabulous service , we did not feel pressured. Carl and his manager Andrew were very professional and nothing was to much trouble. We were able to take our time on choosing our new car and are very happy with our purchase.

As always the service from Lookers is superb.Just one comment this time I appreciate the car being washed and I believe hoovered inside so I was surprised by the amount of grit and dead leaves ( which were not there when the car was collected) in the well of the passenger side and in the back, not up to their usual standards.

I will need to however because, whilst there were no advisories on the MOT, the video check revealed a need for new tyres. I wish the agent had told me in person at the time as i world have had them changed.

Easy straight forward, no fus polite and friendly. Unfortunately, had to return to have the service indicator reset, but it won't deture me from using lookers at brighton again .100% better service than marshals at Chichester where I bought the car.

My car was in for MOT which was completed in about 45 minutes. If I had been told it would be this quick I would have waited on site rather than returning home and then going back! No problem though, excellent service!
