Carl was incredibly helpful and kept me up to speed on everything that was happening. There was a system issue which almost meant I couldn’t pick the car up on the agreed date, but Carl managed to sort it all out for me. Overall, very satisfied

+ very polite, helpful and accommodating staff+ effort to reduce cost of required repairs via contribution from Mercedes main (with no prompting necessary on my part)- whilst appreciate that it is complimentary, quality of car clean could have been better (given how much I am paying over 4 years of my service plan it would leave a good feeling to have an immaculate car once a year post-service!)- overall cost of services seems expensive, although to be expected from a main dealer I guess

Mr. John Dudeney gave me an excellent service throughout theprocess of my purchase of a mercedes A 180 vehicle. He was helpful and knowledgeable and always available to offer sound advice with the (to me as an older client) unfamiliar on-line documentation. I did not need finance to buy my car and so I have not completed that section of the survey. I have yet to sort out with the Service Manager the details of the service plan offered once this is mutually convenient to both parties.In summary, I am totally happy with my experience of buying a new car from Mercedes of Portslade, Brighton.

Neil was excellent - a credit to the dealership- superb customer service from start to finish from him. He was very welcoming , informative and professional. Will happily recommend the dealership to others
