my car came in for planned service, booking it in was good very friendly, Colin explained what would be done, ask me if i had anything else that i would like to mention, this was noted and would be looked at he was very helpful and professional.I also enquired about a new amg c43 matt was so helpful and his knowledge of the car excellent, an very good experience all round.

I am very pleased with the repairs to my vehicle.The whole service was excellent from collection to delivery. Mercedes kept me informed through the whole process.Thank you to the team for making this happen.

Everything went according to plan. My car was collected and returned to me at my home address. It had been washed and cleaned. I also received a video with an explanation of the condition of my vehicle and I am happy - and relieved - to take out a four-year service plan. In particular, many thanks to Neil Hamilton of Lookers, Mercedes-Benz in Brighton for keeping me informed of progress and for his excellent advice and dealings throughout the service of my car.
