No thanks. Regrettably, you were unable to supply a vehicle that met my needs within a reasonable timescale so I have placed my order with another manufacturer. First time in 25 years that I won’t have a Mercedes to call upon. Very disappointing but trust that our paths will cross in the future.

I booked the car in for a problem with the DAB radio. I was told that the car needed a software update. Unfortunately this didn't fix the problem, so I didn't need this to solve the problem. It turned out that I needed a new DAB unit which was a further (large) expense. I have not yet agreed to have it done.
