Very out on your time estimations for doing a job bit put out after saying the task would take 4 hours and then it takes most of the day, especially when I said I would wait for it to be done one and a half hours after dropping off the car only to find that it was still waiting to be seen. This is incredibly annoying when in the morning I told your customer liaison over the phone what time I would be in The day before the car had been serviced and MOT but an engine warning light came on no sooner than driving a mile down the road after your mechanics said this fault had been fixed. So costing two days of replanning is not good

Would like to express how great Carl was with sourcing a vehicle that met our specific requirements. We had also spoken with other Dealerships and they didn’t understand what we were looking for and why certain functions were important. First class service from Carl!
