Work was completed, MOT and invoice issued on Thurs 12th Jan, but nobody called me to say my car was ready. I called on Monday 16th and was told it was ready for collection, but I could have had it back for the weekend. Very disappointed. But quality of work carried out was superb, as ever.

He was very helpful, and answered all the question i had regarding the technical side of the car.and explaining the difference between the car i was part exchanging and the new car i was buying, a really helpful young man.

We did not visit the showroom, all contact was by phone or email. Salesman was very helpful but unable to find what we needed.We have since bought from another dealer.

Now lockdown has passed over , maybe it’s time that the waiting area little luxuries were returned ; papers , china cups make it a bit less like a transport cafe .

John Dudeney was excellent and turned my new car around in less than 24th a despite the fact it was at another dealership, the car was in great condition apart from a few chips, but that’s to be expected with a used car. The car was ready and fuelled on time. The reception lady that took our initial call was also super helpful and interested in us, which was lovely to hear as we made 20+ calls to other dealerships and they were frankly not interested. I’ve been a car sales exec for a few renown brands including Mercedes-Benz and I really can’t fault John or the dealership. Just probably one thing that could have been better is if we were greeted at reception, rather than left wondering and looking for John, which I hope you appreciate is not John’s fault.
