Booking my car in was easy. Arriving on the day it was unclear to me where to go/park having never been here for a service before. I was told 2 hours. Upon my return at the 2 hour mark I was told my car was next to be washed and wouldn't be long. It was nearly another hour before I got my car which seemed rather a long time! 3 hours for Service A when you've booked well ahead of time?

I will be ready in March to purchase a GLC, but need the package to be inline with my budget / spec. We are staying in touch with Matt Bray who was excellent.

Special mention for Tom Coe. The service he provides and his customer focus are second to none.
