Went along to see what Mercedes cars were available.We were greeted by a chap called Robson Charrington in the car park who invited us in.After sitting us down and having a drink we started to discuss our needs.Robson was never pushy or forcing a sale upon us.We went over a number of different options, vehicles and specs.He took us into the car park and let us sit in a few different models.After choosing one model he let us go for a lengthy test drive and welcomed us when we returned.After bouncing ideas and thoughts off each other for a while we decided on one particular model and bought it.When we picked up the car a few days later we found our car under a Mercedes cover in the show room and he gave us a big reveal.He spent a long time going through how everything worked in the car, never rushing it and made us feel nothing but very special customers throughout the whole experience with Mercedes Benz.We are so impressed with not only the car but the dealership and the experience that we will certainly be back again to look around when we are ready for a new car in a few years.
