I am not happy with the RAC recovery service and the fact that the dealership did not follow up to find out if I had a hire car whilst my car was in your garage. No one followed up from RAC or Lookers to check and so far I have had no communication whatsoever to explain or apologise for this. Also I noticed my car tyres were really low and had to pump up yesterday, front right pressure was at 210. I thought it was the garage's job to ensure the car was fit for use after any work including the tyres and tyre pressure?On Saturday 10th I called at your dealership and left my details for someone from the service department to contact me...so far nothing.
