I have had a service plan from the time we bought our car in 2018. However, we only found out this time that the plan included collection and return. We only found out as my wife phoned to ask about returning and how much it would cost because of the very bad wet and windy weather and to collect the car would take two bus journeys and an hour at least travelling time!Tis option was never made aware to us.

It is a shame that first-in, first-out does not apply to cars submitted for a service. I continually deliver to arrive at 08:00, yet my car is never ready before 17:00.The too fast pointless Video of my cars underside is a joke and serves no real purpose.
