Having elected to wait for my car to be fixed I was looking forward to having a coffee and browsing on line. Disappointed to see that the only hot drinks dispenser was broken but even more disappointed that the staff were content to get themselves a coffee with total disregard to the paying customer. Not the level of customer service I expect from a prestige dealership.
