When requesting a service it would be nice to be offered an MOT, rather than an after thought on my part just before collecting the car from the service. You have all the records which showed it was serviced AND MOT'D last year, it would have been efficient to confirm that the MOT was due and could be done at the same time as the service.

On collection, car had not been cleaned and tyre pressures were all incorrect. However you did well to fit in the extra work required at short notice.

The booking process is very disjointed - I kept getting reminders from Lookers (email and phone) as well as on the Mercedes Me app which was very confusing. Some of these reminders came after I had booed the service!

I'd like to book online, but having the correct details to even log in and book is too difficult. I spoke to a few of the customer care/booking team and although they were very friendly, this was also a little difficult. The previous owner of my car still had a service package, so mine couldn't be set up straight away. I don't want to go outside and give a mileage every time I make a booking. I don't need a video explanation and I couldn't book a courtesy car and I don't want follow-up phone calls either. There is such a thing as too much customer service.

I have received an email today 19/10/22 from Mercedes Brighton letting me know my car is due an MOT, this was carried out on Friday the 14th by yourselves please can you update your records
