Receptionist very welcoming, agreeable and helpful. Attention to my service requirements were dealt with by Mr Neil Hamilton who was exceptionally helpful and resolved what I was previously informed of as being an unsolvable problem. All my previous visits to your service centre have been a totally satisfactory experience and this latest visit up to standard. Highly commendable.
