Cust purchased a vehicle 2 moths ago and part exchanged a vehicle VW TROC and the documents have been lost within the dealership. The cust has logged this but I am unable to find the complaint.The customer would like the dealership to replace the log book and would like a refund for the tax.

Hello Mercedes0n th1 October I popped into Lookers Brighton where I have bought four new cars , I needed some advice on the lubricant for my E class sunroof .I was told by the service dept that it had to be a special type but i could by a tub for £8.75 .So I agreed to buy some he pointed me to the parts department 10! Steps away I asked to by the Lubricant referring to his colleague 10 steps away he looked puzzled and went away, 45 min later he came back and said I can't sell you this product but I can take your car in and do it for you how much is that I asked £90 .So why is service saying £8.75 that's how much lubricant we use the rest is our labour .So after an hour with my wife waiting in the car this is your reply to a loyal customer I am sorry but the whole episode was handled appallingly You asked me to reach out I have its up to you nowRegards

HelloI recently chose the Brighton Mercedes main AMG dealer to have my new car serviced atDropped her off early am and then had a call from engineer saying could find no faults but did need 2 tyres replaced before next MOT as were dangerous but no videos were sent hence I could not request them to be replaced during the service, nor have I had any emails regarding the service or service as requested so I now have to take more timeWhen I picked her up I got 2 miles and had just joined the A27 duel carriageway when the engine management light came on and the car went into limp mode which was terrifying at 40mph with Lorrie’s having to swerve etc etc , I returned the car immediately to the garage and was not apologised to, i then had a call the following day saying it was ready to collect, after having to ask what the issue was I was told it was a “loose cable to “a coil pack” and with no apologyI collected my car and was given nothing apology or any form of renumeration on my loss of time taken to do 4 journeys instead of 2 for what seems should have been preventable by a competent mechanic!Needless to say I won’t be using you again going forwards as the only reason in the first place was that I could Trust you, please arrange for my service records to be emailed to me (2 weeks of asking for them ) and after thats been done delete my details from your contact listRegardsGrant Andrews
