Job. A recall. Supposed to take three hrs. In end had car overnight. Inconvenience of having to use buses to and from and days off work. Ringing at closing g time expecting me to collect.

Lookers is expensive without a doubt. I can't say they don't make mistakes. They left two plastic pieces loose on the top latches of my soft top - no big deal I pushed them into place. On a previous visit I was told I had 4.2 litres too much gearbox oil after I mentioned I had checked the oil myself. A mechanic friend assured me that the car would not function (automatic) with that much oil over the recommended level. That was after I had driven the car for four years without problems. So, not Gods of Mercedes excellence, but still much more reliable than most.
