My experience was markedly better than on previous service visits. Communication was much clearer and more professional (thinking about Eimear Bruce and the person who called me to talk me through the results of the inspection). Promised actions were followed through on time and my expectations were managed well by the whole team.This hasn't been the case in the past.

The person who I spoke to for arranging the service has not put a note for the pick up so there was delays caused with the pick up becasue of him. Everything else was great

We took the car in for MOT and were able to test drive an electric GLA. Nice car. And thanks also for the recommendation for lunch at the local Turkish Restaurant. Turned a routine trip to the car dealer into a memorable day out!!

When a Customer delivers his car very early for the Service, it would be an advantage to the customer to not be one of the last that is able to collect his car.

Despite telling the team, they continued to call my husband at work on his phone, rather than my number. Just a small detail but just tiny bit inconvenient.

The only negative was the changes made to the drivers seat, the speedo view and the heating/cooling controls. Whilst I understand that everyone is different in how they like the drivers seat to be set up, I found the configuration wildly different and have had to spend quite some time reverting to something passably comfortable for driving. In Addition to the seat, the rear view and side mirrors had all been adjusted.If you could in some way record the configuration of the speedo, air con and seat and revert to as close as possible that would be beneficial.
