Service, workmanship, communication all great, lack of value for money is the only reason I have not given 5 star review.

Gary Fisher was excellent. Really professional and very efficient and approachable offering a great experience.

Carl Herrington who was my sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the model of car i eventually Purchased.Good communication throughout the whole process.The only slightly disappointing aspect was that there was only £50 of Fuel in the New Vehicle.This i Found Disappointing as it was a £50k Spend with Mercedes Benz of Brighton.And I had to drive down from Cheshire to Brighton and back again to pick the the New Vehicle up.I did mention this to Carl at the time but he informed me this was a " Management Decision ".Perhaps this kind of Decision could be looked at again as I personally found it slightly disappointing.

Paris was brilliant. Very helpful but without being pushy. He was a pleasure to deal with and will very helpful when we had issues with our bank.
