I have been using Lookers of Brighton since 2013, and have had all my Mercedes servicing done there. I find the layout of the servicing department in the showroom much better now that there are proper desks manned by service-reception staff, as opposed to the single desk, often empty, as before (the trendy open space with music, but few staff available, was not what I expected when getting my premium brand car serviced). The contact with a competent service person when discussing the service at drop-off and collection is vital for my confidence in the dealership.I was also pleased with the level of technical competence of those whom I spoke to, in particular Neil Hamilton and Mike (surname not recalled) who have both been at Lookers for several years, and know their stuff.I will keep using Lookers while their service team and front of house are competent and good to deal with.

Already have the service plan.The employee who collected and returned my car was very polite and explained everything. Unfortunately I did not get his name but an excellent ambassador for the Hove Branch.

Very efficient in under a week from order to delivery

Impeccable service as always, particularly 'hats off' to Maddie Pearson who took her time with me despite a heavy workload, due to the unexpected additional bank holiday following the passing of our Queen. I would also congratulate your body shop for the excellent repair to my vehicle. Well done Lookers.

We cannot fault the efforts of Dom Mayes. Unfortunately l discovered several very courteous emails from him in my ‘junk’ email, to which l had not replied, for which apologies. Not his fault at all, but in any case, l have decided on an all electric car ( not a Merc) which l tested before contacting Lookers. My husband though, may very well contact him again because he liked the car l was interested in for himself!

Usual excellent service

Very happy with the agent we dealt with, couldn’t quite get the monthly payment amount we wanted, but we have decided to wait a few more months then look again.

Not informed when car ready. Had to call. No reference in any communication or document of requested inspection of front nearside tracking or low volume on satnav audio directions.
