This was our first time at the Brighton branch after moving down from Crawley. The staff that we met at reception and service centre were very friendly and helpful. They talked us through how w e can set up the service in December and made it very easy for us to feel part of the Lookers family again, this was after exceptional service from Gatwick Mercedes for years
