I can in previously to change my adblue tank. On the health check video during the exchange of the tank I had an advisory to change my tyres due to the bad cuts in them. I didn’t change my tyres and this time my only advisory which I agreed with is that the tread on my front tyres were down to 4mm

Took my car in for airbag recall and whilst doing that job the technician found corrosion on the rear subframe.He contacted Mercedes and arranged for this to be done free of charge.This was excellent service by your staff going that extra mile for the customer.In fact this happened previously with a Mercedes I owned,different fault but same fantastic service can’t thank them enough

We road tested the Mercedes ESQ which was perfect in size and quality of build but we found that the ride was very floaty and not firm enough for our liking. It also lacked the power that we were looking for and were told that the next model up was in the £150k + bracket. This was more than we wanted to spend. The salesman was very patient, friendly and informative.

When booking and later confirming both times I stressed that I could not get there before 11.00am since my wife's carer doesn't arrive till 10.00am. Both times I was assured it didn't matter. But it did! When I arrived at 11.02 I was told that because I was late arriving and shortage of staff I wouldn't be able to collect my car until between 5.00 & 6.00 pm. I re-explained about the carer. Obviously no note had been put on the screen to inform the receptionist. My car was ready after 6.00pm. In future I will arrange for the car to be collected and delivered back, which I'm sure doesn't help the overall service dept. budget.
