I booked my car in for a service about 3 or 4 weeks in advance. During that period I received no end of emails and texts saying my car was due for a service and I even received an email the day after it was serviced saying my car was due for a service. It's easy to link whether or not a car is due and if it's been booked in. Please sort it out.

Matthew Bray was excellent both in helping us to choose the right vehicle, keeping us informed theoughout the process, going through the functions when we picked up the car and he was just generally really helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

My feeling was that there is some new management in place. On previous visits, customer attention and response has been a bit patchy but on my last two visits, the most recent one being this week, everything worked and the customer service response was excellent. My vehicle was treated with care and was returned cleaned, which was appreciated. I look forward to my next routine visit. Thanks.

Yes, the guy who did the video was really really great, very knowledgeable and helpful.He spoke so fast though, he was difficult to understand! I know he's said this stuff probably a thousand times before and it sounded like it lol. More enthusiasm man 👍I totally get it though so no worries, this is in NO WAY a complaint, the service there is excellent and I will ALWAYS have my services done with you.Good job guys!
