I left a note in the vehicle to ask for the unsought disconnection from Mercedes-me to be sorted out but the collection driver apparently did not pass this on. It has subsequently been resolved after a phone call from me. Also I asked for a current valuation on the car which I was informed by the service advisor would be forthcoming from the sales staff but no response so far (9 days).

When I booked, was told brakes could be done while I wait as would only take 1 hour. Actually took nearer 3 for some reason, not aware of any issues during the fit, but the video explanation of the vehicle came through after 1 hour so work hadn't even started at that stage. Best not to encourage people to wait if you aren't going to even start the work for over an hour.
