I have no issues with the pick up; servicing; and return of my vehicle. My car was picked up on time and returned clean and fully serviced… so thank you for that. At time of service booking I also asked to be quoted on the cost of repairing a dent in one of my passenger doors. Your customer services team left me a voicemail to confirm this was being looked into, however I am still awaiting a response and have phoned and emailed to chase this. The dent itself looks to have smoothed out a little, but I am not clear if this is as a result of your body shop team attempting to pull out the dent as much as possible without incurring me additional charge… if so I’d like you to pass on my thanks for their efforts, but would still like an idea of cost to completely remedy the dent.
