Surprised by lack of feedback when collecting vehicle. Presented with service report with no verbal explanation or comments made. Had to read through report and interpret this to understand what appeared to have been undertaken in the service and establish the extent of importance of any recommendations or observations. No chance to discuss with Technician/Engineer who undertook the work (as once seemed to be the case) and no name assigned on report. Following service car has functioned well with no apparent issues.Vehicle health check video was the best I have experienced to date with a clearly understood commentary.

As the Communications module in my new EQB has failed I am awaiting a new unit to be sent to the dealer currently. Might be a long wait!

The courtesy car was not very clean on the inside , my wife was disappointed in this considering what the whole world has had to deal with regarding covid , coffee cup stains on the seats , dirty centre console and just grubby in places , also having to rearrange the date for the car having been booked in for a few weeks as no courtesy car was available

The Music you play in the dealership is (simply put), outdated, targetting an audience that is probably the lower end of your buyer demographic and cliche. It is way too loud also. Recommend you change this to something a bit more "modern" and fitting.I tend to work from the dealer whilst waiting for my car to be services, the seats in the "business area" are not fit for purpose, with massive glare on a laptop screen, suggest you revamp this area a bit with a better layout / location - if I was in charge of sales I would have this seating facing new/used car area as having someone work and wait in a dealer is a perfect opportunity to cross/up sell. You are missing a lot with in showroom ambience and tech. Hope this helps!
