The booking team were quite good, they managed to get me a replacement car for the day.They kept me well informed about my car.The job took less than expected so they managed to do it on time.I was really surprised that the car hasn’t been cleaned, I mean the outer body.I can see a couple of stain on the front bonnet which is almost an oil or lubricant from the job as If I have done it in a normal workshop not Mercedes dealership !!I would like to be called for this!I will put my name and numberDr GheithRegistration number LX15JUEPhone number 07491542991

Just to thank Matt Bray in particular as there wasn’t a loan car available and he arranged for me to use his. As my wheel had to be sent away for 4 days this was truly a lifesaver.
