Lookers in Portslade, and Danny Zahran in particular, provided excellent service.The booking experience was very different, evidently handled by someone centrally, so there were no personal touches but rather hesitation, uncertainty and an attitude of " well you'd better discuss it with them when you drop it off because I can't help you further". He appeared to be reading from a script and therefore unable to deviate or offer to make enquiries and get back to me.
