I wish upon my return from test drive the sales team member was not engaged with other customers instead of waiting for me. Though he apologised when he called me back, I found it unprofessional and rude. Also, the next week I sent an email and found out from the out of office reply that tested positive to Covid-19 and I wish I had been informed by someone from the dealership as soon as they knew.

Preparation of vehicle at handover was very poor however this was put right by sales person within a day
