I felt well looked after by Mike Parsons at the dealership, this is the 3rd car that I have purchased with his help. I am very happy with the car that I have purchased. Whilst I completely understand that there is a global lack of chips which has resulted in some in car services not being available, I do think that the Omission Agreement should be supplied earlier in the purchasing process by Mercedes. Issuing it the day before collection once all other agreements have been signed just seems poor practice. Apart from that I am very happy with the car and the support provided by Michael.

Firstly I'm based in Plymouth , so there would be no point offering me a service plan.I probably wasn't Matt Brays easiest client , as the first car I chose online arrived and I didn't like the colour.We had a few hiccups along the way, but I have to say the Matt Bray gave me a first class service throughout my buying experience.Luke the used car guy was also very helpful and understanding when we had a hiccup, butId buy another vehicle from Matt without doubt.Id give him a job tomorrow.RegardsAndrew Trust
