We weren't told that something in most cars ,now standard, wasn't in our new car. ie. Mirrors to be manually put in when parking and although there is a camera for the back of the car, there were no sensors,of which, in our old car of 9 years was standard. No package was told about these 2 extra's which I don't class as extra's. So now we are having to put the sensors in at an extra cost, which had we known, when negotaiting the price,might have reflected on the deal made.

A couple of days after my service I got a message on my dash of a high engine oil level which was quite disappointing, potentially meaning that the service was conducted correctly or from inexperienced member of the MB Service team.
