Always receive the best customer service and value for money from this dealership. They collect my car to service it, send me a video of the cars inspection and return it looking like new again. Nothings too much trouble and they are honest about any additional work that might need doing. A pleasurable experience every time, I would never take my Mercedes anywhere else.

Well what can I say, its a brilliant service across the board with anything the wife and myself need for our cars, nothing is too much trouble for Mercedes of Brighton and we would have no trouble in recommending the service they have always given us.

the only comment I would pass on is that I am rapidly approaching 80 years of age and do not have a smart phone [and do not want one] which led to a lack of information being passed on to your service desk staff who could have advised me of the reason as to why the work on my car took longer than I expected. [My fault I should have not decided to wait but understood that it would only take about one hour]
