You set a high bar for customer dealings: the customer is ALWAYS right(He may be wrong, but as far as you are concerned he is right). I was wrong in one instance, and your colleague very gently put me right ! Welcomed with a smile, and what a difference that makes. My car was done before time, so another plus.
