The technician in the service department knew exactly what the problem with my car was (even before taking it on a test drive). I was able to book a time to get the problem fixed easily. The only slight niggle I have is that I was told that I would get a call when the car was ready. I did not receive a call. But overall very satisfied.

We have been with MB for a quiet while now and worked with several colleagues working at the Brighton Branch however, one person that really stands out to me is Danny Fitter. Danny’s customer service is absolutely impeccable, he is very knowledgeable as well as very passionate about work he does. Nowadays it is very rare to receive service as we did working alongside Danny. Danny have been everything that customer could wish especially when it comes to the difficult situation. His positive attitude, awareness of the products, his dedication to making it right for the customer are absolutely astounding. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. I was enquiring about the new electric G Class however there wasn’t much info available to him. Mindful that once it launches there will be a lot of interest so it would be helpful to create a waiting list.
