Excellent service and customer satisfaction. Only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars is that you have stopped taking American Express cards for payment. A pity for a luxury car brand as I am a big fan of collating AmEx points for free flights.

Mr Riley Elms was very profisional and friendly, but all the staff are very freely. Mr Riley Elmes was very efficient he send me the video of the car check up and the car was ready at the time he say. I am very happy with the service.

The work done on the car was OK, but using a Third World reception area is embarrassing. I have used many Mercedes places over the last 12 years and by far this is the worst presented and does not fully represent the brand being sold.

We have been waiting nearly two months for parts for the electric charging flap. This length of time for such simple parts is unacceptable. Not Lookers fault but Mercedes need to do something about this.
