Very professional with a helpful and pleasant attitude

All the staff were friendly, professional and understood what i was telling them. I am a motability customer and felt really valued as if i was a buying customer. Matt and Alex both went out of their way to help me understand the vehicle i was interested in. Sam came over to see if we needed any beverages. The showroom was tidy and clean. Customer service for me was 100%. I have asked them to order the car i was intending to order. Even after they allowed us to test drive the vehicle we found it was a really relaxed pleasant experience. I will recommend to others the service i have received. If i haven’t already. Great latte too.

Everything done was excellent,apart from asking for a repair price ,three days ago and still it has not arrived yet.

Details of the car examination were not enclosed and had to ring for them and arrange for them to be posted.Recall work was not explained in the paperwork.Mot came back showing this car has been recalled! No explanation.
