We hadn’t intended on buying a new car last Friday, just looking at options to update our current Mercedes and part exchange. We were assisted by Carl Herrington who was excellent and by the end of our visit we had test driven a GLA and decided it wasn’t for us and he then found us a newer, better spec version of our current car and we bought it. We found Carl to be so knowledgeable, attentive, professional and patient. New collected our car yesterday and we are really happy!

Problem with key. Replacement battery given free of charge..also I’m looking to replace my C300 for a smaller electrical/ hybrid car. Sales person very helpful.
