Perfect handover, unhurried and everything clearly demonstrated and explained. John Dudeney looked after us from the moment we first arrived to see the car until we drove off in it a few days later. Came in for car recall - software update on steering. Pleased to have vehicle health check while there even though resulted in the purchase of a new tyre.It was a while you wait appointment so disappointed it took virtually 2 hours and the vehicle wasn’t even cleaned.

Thank you, best service you can get. Costumer service department with the young men, they are very designated to help customers and great communication with them. Aswell as the parts department, always being helpful on the phone with finding the right parts for your vehicle.
